Tonights feature presentation was a demonstration/discussion of:

and methods of e-mailing scanned images--text and graphics.
After much good discussion and ideas, it seemed that a good solution for
sending images via e-mail was to paste them into a word processing document
using a simple copy and paste routine. We used the PaperPort interface
(common to most HP scanners
and of course Visioneer) to copy
a 500K photo to a Word document that was saved as less than 3K!
