Despite not having Internet access this month (due to a MSC network problem), the new meeting room comfort level was off the scale compared to our previous room.   Everyone was able to sit in comfortable spaces with a desk in front to write on...what a luxury, finally.

It is hard to believe that we actually spent another almost 2 hours on this topic.  We reviewed some points from last month, but also talked about properly installing and uninstalling programs and discussed some Internet troubleshooting techniques.
