Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, even Microsoft Works offer much, much more than the ability to type a letter or memo. This month, we took word processing a little further and talked about some of Microsoft Word's features and more techniques that can be applied across all word processors including:

• Setting preferences

• Borders and lines

• Mail Merge and Labels

• File management in the Open Dialog box

• Using Find and Replace

• Headers and Footers

• and much, more!
