Since the beginning of personal computers, users have enjoyed making personalized documents. Today, we learned how to make everything from greeting cards, business cards, flyers, stationery and more. 

The two programs we demonstrated were Broderbund's Print Shop Deluxe (my favorite) and Microsoft Greetings. The techniques demo'd, however, are easily transferred among any greeting card program. Here are some of the things we covered:

• Using your own digital pictures or scans
• Word Art and font design
• Using the 'extra' clip art disks
• Customizing ready made projects
• Navigating all the options for customizing graphics, including watermarking, borders and more.
