This is NOT a medium for asking general questions that can be answered on the show. This service is designed to answer your "how do I.... with Microsoft Word" type questions, not "why can't I get sound from my speakers" or "why is this error occurring".

Upon receipt of the payment, we will customize a video lesson for you and deliver it via the web or via mail on a CD.
