I find that the video option on my digital camera permits me to only carry 1 camera on trips and in the field. I get about 15 minutes per 1GB chip and the sound and video quality is as good as my Hi-8 after I capture to the computer.

I like the new format. You might add a link to helpmerick.com and/or to the weekly poll.
For some of us that might actually need you to come to our home or office it would be nice to have your working hours and how you would like us to contact you.

Digital movie option
My camera (Canon S1IS) has that option but I haven't tried it. I need to get more educated on all the features the camers has.
