I checked out the ads in Thursday's paper then went to Amazon and found comparable or better prices. I bought a Garmin navigation system and an MP3 player. These were gifts that had to go out of state so I not only saved mailing costs (since I got free shipping) but also taxes and time that would have been spent shopping on a crowded day and mailing packages.
