The other accessible .wma/mp3 device which recently came out is the Olympus DS Series. These units come with a British female voice that reads the menus like the settings and more. This unit is the first main stream device that I know of that is made for both sighted and visually impaired users.
Freedom Scientific will release an update to JAWS version 8 sometime in February that will support Windows Vista OS. That's great news to me.
