My mother had an unknown charge on her card. It was a product from an infomercial. (She is blind and does not watch TV let alone order something from there!) I called on it and they did remove the charge. I don't know how they got her card number in the first place.

I've been trying to uninstall this music program and am running into all sorts of difficulties. When I googled Musicmatch, up came hundreds of similiar complaints. Yesterday I spoke with a computer tech and was told that uninstalling Musicmatch can damage or delete other programs. Do you have any experience in uninstalling Musicmatch Jukebox?

I'm having some trouble with music programs. My computer came with Windows Media. Later I downloaded Yahoo's Musicmatch Jukebox, which seems to have appropriated the files I had stored on the Windows program. Does anyone know how to return those to Windows Media?

open windows media player. under tools, choose options. select the file types tab and choose which file types that you want to be associated with windows media player, like mp3, mpeg, avi, etc.

Since it's early this year, will it automatically changeover at 2:00 am? Or shall I go in and take care of it manually???
Thank you!
