Panasonic News Conference

In this extremely large press conference, a lot of time was spent on talking about their recycling program for claiming and recycling old LCD and plasma systems.

We watched a flashy movie where Panasonic provided five families with thousands of dollars of Panasonic High Definition gear including a 58” LCD TV, camcorders, and digital cameras. The theme was “Panasonic HD brings families together.”

Their new line of Viera HD TV's can instantly playback videos and photos from your digital camera's SD card. They announced that later this year, they will release a 32 GB SD card!!! That will hold over 5.5 hours of HD video.
