Attach files to your email - Part II

To send a picture, word processing document, spreadsheet or any other file via email, you must 'attach' it to the message. Here's how:

Outlook Express

  1. Start, address and write any notes you want on an email as normal
  2. Click on the Attach button (or Insert --> file attachment from menus)
  3. Click in the Look in box and find the folder where the file is stored
  4. Double-click on the file you want to attach

AOL

  1. Start, address and write any notes you want on an email as normal
  2. Click on the Attachments button
  3. Click on Attach from the next window
  4. Click in the Look in box and find the folder where the file is stored
  5. Double-click on the file you want to attach
  6. Click OK
