  1. Click here to download the remote access program.
  2. Save the program to your desktop.
  3. It's icon will look like the little yellow man pictured here.
  4. Click the "Printer Friendly" link at the bottom of this page (do it now, then go onto step 5)
  5. Print this page when the Printer Friendly version appears
  6. Wait for Rick's call to setup your exact appointment.
  7. Remain calm...friendly, expert help is on its way!

Remote help instructions

Rick will walk you through this at the time of your appointment, but we find it helpful for you to read and have these instructions ahead of time.

  1. Double-click the "Zolved Remote Control" icon on your desktop.

  2. The screen pictured below will appear.
  3. Choose your region in Step 1 on the Zolved screen
  4. Click on the words "View Only" in Step 2 on the Zolved  screen
  5. Click Control and Browse Files
  6. Give Rick the 8 digit secure secret code shown to you in Step 3 on YOUR screen...not the code shown in these instructions.
  7. Click the checkbox in Step 4 on the Zolved screen.
  8. Click the "Share my PC" button
  9. Click "Yes" on the next screen
  10. Sit back and relax as Rick takes control of your computer and watch as your computer becomes well again.
