Robot backup

Submitted by Rick on January 8, 2008 - 3:25am.
  • CES 2008

I met the inventor of this backup technology at a press event last night. Unlike other external hard drives, this one allows you to put up to 4 hard drives of any size into the unit and theoretically eliminates the need to worry about your backup....except for fire or theft. The company is called Data Robotics and the product is called Drobo.

If this helped, consider buying me a beer or an Americano!
