Vista is fast???

On some web sites that I interact with from time-to-time, some "techies" try to say that Vista is fast. Take a look at the screen shot of this computer user. I'm formatting and putting XP on it tonight for him. It is a four month old HP with a fast Dual Core processor, 2 GB or RAM, 256mb video card and 300 GB hard drive. Vista's own, "Windows Experience Score" gives this machine a paltry "3" out of a possible 6. Granted that this computer was not setup optimally, but it took the machine a full 5:20 to load!!

09-25-07 UPDATE: After formatting the hard drive of this machine and loading Windows XP, the system now boots up in about 50 seconds vs. 5+ minutes I described above.
