Weekly Computer Help Show - 05-22-08

This was week #2 with our new sound equipment. We don't think we had the adjustments as good as last week, but overall the sound seems to be better than our previous shows. Give it a listen. We answered many, many emails this week.

Using AVG 8 with MozyPro online backup

The above products appear incompatible: I'm not technical myself & guessing here, but it seems a firewall in AVG blocks the MozyPro backup? I have explored my options in AVG by browsing/selecting 'exceptions' but just cannot seem to get the two to work in tandem. Any advice...out of interest as neither company has provided useful tech support to date. Any help you can provide would be helpful - thanks in advance.
