This week, we took our first calls! Our wireless connection was a little flaky at times, but we made it through and had a fun show.

Bummer

Wow - pretty critical of a show with $0 budget offering free help.

Poor caller audio. Neglect to ask about Office 2007.

Submitted by Smart Computer User on August 31, 2007 - 10:42am.

You could use a little help with patching your phone calls into the audio connection to the internet. It was very difficult to hear what the caller was saying.

My wife called in with a Excel question. She said that she was working with Vista but she was also working with Office 2007. Neither she nor either of you thought to bring that up. From Adam's remark at the end of the conversation it appeared that neither of you has a lot of familiarity with Office 2007, which is very different from older versions.

Office 2007

Submitted by Rick on August 31, 2007 - 3:34pm.

I have been using Office 2007 since February and can answer most questions for you. Send us an email or call us next week on the show with more detail and we will work to sort it out for you.

Thanks.
